Yes, you can inspect your order while the courier waits (maximum waiting time is 5 minutes). If you accept the order but have questions later, you can still request an exchange or return within our specified policy window.
Exchanges are only available within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can request an exchange for two reasons:
- Size Issues: The customer covers the shipping fees.
- Manufacturing Defects: Our operations team inspects all items before shipping, but if a defect is found, we will cover all exchange shipping costs.
⚠️ Important Note: For hygiene and general health safety, Lingerie items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. This policy applies strictly to lingerie, while exchanges remain available for the rest of our collections.
Returns are available for our regular collections (excluding Lingerie), and the customer covers the return shipping fees.
Steps to return:

- Place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring they maintain their original, clean condition.
- The courier will arrive within 4 working days to collect the items.
- Once our operations team inspects and approves the return, your refund (minus shipping fees) will be transferred via InstaPay or your preferred E-wallet.
Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
